In the rapidly developing region of Faizpur (located in the outskirts of Lahore), Al Jalil Developers set its footprints in housing real estate a few years ago. Its first housing scheme Al Jalil Garden is a success story for very affordable plots. Now after this experience, the developers are coming up with another residential project in the same area with bigger opportunities for the locals. Al-Noor Orchard, a master planned gated community is going to be launched soon. LDA approval for this upcoming housing society has been acquired and payment plan for plots and initial layout is being finalized.
Al-Noor Orchard Location
Al Noor Orchard is located opposite to Al-Raziq Garden on main Sharaqpur/Jaranwala Road. At a distance of above 3 km from Al-Jalil Garden, it is positioned right in the middle between M2 Faizpur Interchange and Karachi-Lahore Motorway. It wil have an easy access from main junction of Lahore city like Thokar Niaz Baig, Multan Road, main GT Road and Motorway. In the wake of demographics and upcoming development projects in the region (including Theme Park Lahore and an international airport), it is placed at an ideal location strategically.
Al-Noor Orchard Booking & Expected Launch
Since the project has not been officially launched and not entered into pre-booking phase yet, we have no clue about Al-Noor Orchard booking details. The officials of Al Jalil Developers have kept the details with them and not disclosed any tentative date of expected launch. However, the management of Al-Jalil Garden hinted of lunch within couple of months.
Al-Noor Orchard Plots
Al-Noor Orchard to have residential plots in the following four categories as per information received from their personnel. However like Al-Jalil Garden, we are not sure about the smallest cutting of 3 Marla to be featured in it or not.

Al-Noor Orchard Plots Prices and Payment Plan
As we mentioned earlier plots prices and payment plan is under final consideration and will be made public officially. Plots prices may vary depending upon location and limited plots will be available on installments.
