This factor is quite encouraging for investors in Bahria Town Karachi and ultimately getting high indicators in property trade. DHA City Karachi still needs plenty of time to change its major part into ready-to-live zone.

Both DHA City Karachi and Bahria Town Karachi offers ease of payment through installment plan. Keeping their standards, DCK offers long-term installment plan for 8-10 years while BTK offers 3-4 years payment plan. Property rates of BTK and DCK fall in affordability range but vary by payment plan period.
